International Plastic Bag Free Day
The International Plastic Bag Free Day was observed on 3rd July 2025 at Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara, with the objective of spreading awareness about the environmental hazards of plastic pollution and promoting the use of sustainable alternatives.
As part of the day’s activities, students enthusiastically participated in paper bag and cloth bag making sessions. These hands-on activities not only encouraged creativity but also helped students understand the practicality and importance of alternatives to plastic.
