The Walk With a Scholar Programme – an initiative of the Higher Education Department, Government of Kerala, was taken up by Bishop Moore College in 2014-15. 30 students were enrolled in the programme, who were guided by five internal mentors. 30 students and five internal mentors were added in 2015-16. The WWS programme 2016-17, was formally inaugurated in our College on 3rd August 2016 by the Principal, Dr. Sabu George. In addition to the 60 students in the Walk With a Scholar programme during 2015-16, 30 students from the first year Degree classes were selected for WWS 2016-17, and the selection was made from among the applications received from students, based on merit, giving equal representation from all classes.
