The Department of Zoology, Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara hosted "Into the Blue," an interdepartmental quiz competition, on June 19, 2025, to commemorate World Ocean Day 2025. A total of 14 teams participated in the preliminary round, with the top 5 teams advancing to final rounds. The winners were:
1.⁠ ⁠First Prize - Sidha Suresh and Hisham (S3 BA English)
2.⁠ ⁠Second Prize - Arya S. Kumar and Arya I. (S2 MSc Botany)
3.⁠ ⁠Third Prize - Jibi and Nandhana (S2 MA English)
Dr. Anne Angeline Abraham (Vice Principal) distributed cash prizes to the winners. The event focused on promoting ocean conservation, marine biodiversity, and sustainable practices, inspiring students to address the critical environmental issues impacting our oceans.
