The ability to envision professional goals and put them into action can lead to career advancement opportunities. In this programme, we define career advancement, review its importance, discuss the best practices to overcome career advancement challenges, and review a plan of action for achieving career advancement. The Resource person for the event was Mr. Aaron Kuriakose Prakash. He is a recipient of Erasmus Mundus scholarship. He is a graduate in Chemistry from Madras Christian College, Chennai. He is admitted to Erasmus Mundus joint master degree Biopham coordinated by the University of Lille.
