The Department of Botany and Biotechnology, in association with Career guidance and placement cell, Bishop Moore College, Mavelikara, organized the FYUGP Course Orientation Programme- Bioquest: exploring careers in Botany and Biotechnology on 23 June 2026 in Salle Visualle room.

The expert sessions by Dr. Lekshmi R, Assistant Professor and Head, Department of Biotechnology, MSM College, Kayamkulam and Mr. Ananthu U, Research scholar, Department of Botany, SD College Alappuzha, inspired students to explore higher education, career opportunities, and embrace innovation in Botany and Biotechnology field. The programme effectively fulfilled its objective of bridging higher academic learning with future career possibilities.
